Ambit Of Competence
He/ She will be the maximum responsible for the marketing, sales, operation as well as for the qualitative and quantitative results of the Hotel.
He/ She will work in co-ordination with the Sales and Operations Management of International Hotel chain, following as well the established guidelines between the Owner and the Management Company.
Areas Of Responsibility
1. Sales And Marketing

Contribution to the definition of a general sales strategy as well as specific strategy for each market segment.

External representation of the Hotel, Owner and Management Company.

Contribution for the development of the different products according to each market, fixing services and rates.
2. Guests’ Satisfaction

To maintain personally treatment with the clients, advancing to their wishes in order to get the forecasted satisfaction objectives.

To transmit the culture of the personalized service and taking care of the small detail.

To promote actions orientated to the personalized attention to the client and to the image of the Hotel.
3. Hygiene And Safety In The Work

To maintain the established levels of safety and hygiene of the company and those required by the different responsible entities in this matter, like Haccp

To look after the correct manipulation and cleanliness of the different departments. To take care to accomplish and to make accomplish the different regulations in this matter.
